Mur does not hear me
Check that the microphone is allowed for Murmouse in Settings. Sit about 30 cm from the phone in a quiet room. You can always tap the sound buttons on the page.

Sounds come late
Keep the phone close and read at a calm pace. If a sound still trails behind, tap the sentence you are on to catch up.
Restore a purchase
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.
Change the story language
Open Settings and choose Story language. Each language downloads once and then works offline.
